Chris Brown’s Latest Hit Is a Knockout; Felony Charges Filed; Still On Probation for Beating Rihanna

Chris Brown leads with his left. Yelling "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing," Chris Brown went upside the head of an unidentified man at his Washington D.C. hotel last night.

Singer Chris Brown, who has had some unreleased hits with Rihanna, was arrested early this morning after getting into an altercation outside of a hotel in Washington, D.C.

D.C. Police Director of Communications Gwendelyn Crump confirmed that the incident took place outside the W Hotel on 15th street near the White House at about 4:30 a.m.

Chris Brown was charged with felony assault. Chris Hollosy, 35, was also charged with felony assault. Both Brown and Hollosy remain in custody while the incident is being investigated.

According to law enforcement, Chris Brown punched an unidentified man in the face. A source told TMZ that Brown was stopped to let a woman take a photo with him when two other men tried to get in the picture.

According to the source, Chris Brown said "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing," and took a swing at one of the men.

According to published reports, the police said that the victim, an adult man, was injured and taken to a hospital.

D.C. police spokesman Paul Metcalf said the unidentified man was released from the hospital on early Sunday afternoon.

There has been no word from Chris Brown’s publicists and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, has made no comment.

Brown is still on probation for beating Rihanna just before the Grammy Awards in 2009. Brown pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault as part of a plea deal.

His probation was revoked after a hit-and-run incident early this year.

Chris Brown will be in a Los Angeles courtroom on Nov. 20 to update a judge on his probation.

Maybe he should leave last night out.
