Girls' Generation announced a new Japanese single to release at the end of the year and attends the VIP premiere for Yuri's movie "No Breathing".

Over the course of the week, Girls' Generation's Japanese fansite has announced that a new album will be released on December 11, 2013.

The album will come in four different versions, ranging from limited editions to regular editions with the options of a blu-ray DVD in set.

Tracks such as "Love & Girls" and "Galaxy Supernova" are two of the 12 songs to be included in their third album.

On the other hand, all members of Girls' Generation attended the VIP premiere of "No Breathing" In which Yuri takes the female lead in.

The eight members present delightfully greeted the media and posed for some press photos.

In addition to the "No Breathing" promotions, Yuri's OST music video was released on October 22, and also participated in the "Naver Line Star Chat" the same day along with co-stars Lee Jongsuk and Seo Inguk.

However, Yuri isn't the only one gracing the recap for this week. Yoona has also landed quite a few new activities for the rest of the year.

Yoona landed a new role for a KBS 2TV's Monday/Tuesday drama, "Prime Minister Is Dating".

She will be playing a young female reporter who falls in love with the country's prime minister, played by Lee Bumsoo.

The drama is set to air in December.

Contact lenses brand, Alcon Taiwan, appointed Yoona as their new endorser.

In the world of fashion, Sooyoung won "Best K-Style" Award at the 2013 Style Icon Awards held on October 24, 2013.

Donning a short black dress emphasizing her slender and tall figure and accepting the award in a blue dress, Girls' Generation's fashionista walked the red carpet and received the award thanking her loved ones.

In addition, Sooyoung also attended the "Black Gospel" Seoul Party that went down at the Banyan Tree Club and Spa on October 21, 2013.

Pulling off slim fit camo pants, a white shirt, and blazer, then accessorizing with red heels and a black bag, Sooyoung graced the red carpet with style at the event.

As the year is almost coming to a close, end of the year awards are soon to come.
