The new season is right around the corner but the NBA transactions 2013-2014 season will never stop.

The defending champions Miami Heat are set for the new season equipped with a 15-man lineup. Starting with the big three, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, the recent acquisition of Greg Oden who is looking healthy in the preseason is also added by Michael Beasley completing the 15-man rotation after being in the roster pool of the Heat early this year. Beasley, who was given a non-guaranteed contract after moving from Phoenix, practiced with the Heat ensuring him of a sure spot with the team.

Erick Spoelstra said that just like any other team, there are no guaranteed positions for their squad.

"Regardless of the year or who you have returning from your roster and who you're bringing in, it's always so many tough decisions. I sat in (Friday night's meeting) for about an hour. They stayed there until about 3 o'clock in the morning, talking about the roster and the last few spots. It always comes down to it. I don't know why. Now we've got our 15 and we're looking forward to starting the next step," he said.

Beasley was caught with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia when he was with the Suns and was inconsistent playing with the team that the franchise dropped him. He was reportedly paid $7 million not to wear a Suns uniform.

He said that he felt good after getting in the team and getting the trust of his teammates and coaches.

"Getting the trust of my teammates and the trust of my coach, that's really the only thing that matters. The looks in their face when I do something wrong, it feels weird enough. I want to get to the point where me doing something is not so exciting anymore."

Michael is hopeful to get a ring as his new team looks for a three-peat for this season.

The new NBA season will start tomorrow and will be headlined by an Eastern Conference Matchup between the Chicago Bulls and the Miami Heat.
