Kim Kardashian Khloe Kardashian Discuss Kim's Labor Pain, Child Birth, Breastfeeding, Nude Photoshoot And More On KUWTK 2013 [Spoilers Alert!]

Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian engaged in an intimate sisterly chat on the first episode of Keeping Up With Kardashians  2013.

The new mother Kim Kardashian shared with the expectant mother Khloe Kardashian her labor and childbirth experiences, breastfeeding ritual and hysteria over her post-pregnancy body.

Kim, recently engaged to Kanye West, told Khloe that soon after the birth of North, she would check her body in the mirror to contemplate how long it will take before she can pose for a nude shoot.

'When I came back from the hospital the first thing I did was go and look at my vagina in the mirror. It looks better looking than before, ' said Kim, adding, "'I just want to come out to the world, and be naked and be like, "I look so hot. I am back."

The brand new season filled in the Kardashian fans with the details leading up to baby North West's birth - the baby bump check up and the emergency delivery.

Talking about the baby birth and labor pains, Kardashian said, "'Labour was honestly the easiest thing ever. I did not feel one thing. Like, it was not hard." The comment is expected to draw a lot of flak from mothers and medics who describe labor pain as an ordeal.

The next sister-sister conversation turned quite more intimate when Khloe prodded Kim over breastfeeding and asked if she nursed North in front of Kanye, who is now her fiancé. Kim answered in a yes, adding she didn't have an option and Kanye did not mind.

'Do you pump in front of Yeez?' asked Khloé, after comparing Kim's ovaries to that of Anna Nicole Smith.

Kim replied in an affirmative, adding 'I had no choice in the hospital... he doesn't mind.'

What more, they also showed Kim's placenta, when her mom Kris Jenner insisted on looking. This just wasn't it, a lot more drama happened on KUWTK 2013, first episode.
