Titanfall Release Date Announced: Respawn Entertainment’s FPS Game For PC, Xbox One And Xbox 360 Arriving On March 11; Collector’s Edition Available For $250

Titanfall release date has been announced.

Respawn Entertainment confirmed that its Xbox One-exclusive game will arrive on March 2014. Specifically, Titanfall release date in North America is set for for March 11 and will not hit Sony's PS4 consoles. It will only be available for Microsoft gaming platforms Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows PC.

Moreover, Titanfall release date for Europe and Australia was also revealed. Gamers in those regions will be able to start availing one of the most highly anticipated Microsoft-exclusive FPS title on March 13, two days after Titanfall release date in the US.

Aside from the announcement regarding Titanfall release date, Respawn Entertainment, the game developer also confirmed that there will be a Collector's Edition. Selling for $249.99, Titanfall Collector's Edition is expected to come with "an exclusive collectible 18-inch hand-crafted titan statue with diorama and battery-powered LED lighting, a full-size art book featuring more than 190 pages of rare concept art, and an exclusive full-size schematic poster of the Atlas titan," as posted on IGN.

Furthermore, sharing more details about Titanfall release date, the co-founder of Respawn, Vince Zampella, told, "Since we revealed the game in June we've been absolutely blown away by the reaction to Titanfall. The feedback we're getting from fans around the world is fueling our team as we head towards March and motivating us to deliver an experience that lives up to the hype."

Titanfall is a "mecha first-person shooting video game" published by EA and officially revealed during E3 2013 as Respawn Entertainment's debut game.  According to Forbes, the game studio was founded "by the ex-Infinity Ward developers responsible for Activision's massively successful Call of Duty franchise."

Moreover, the report posted on Forbes positively noted March 11 as Titanfall release date. The post reads, "March 11th is a good release date for the Xbox One - placing it squarely after the initial launch lineup and in the middle of a traditionally dead time, especially for new systems."
