Minecon 2013 Update: Watch Minecraft Event Online [LIVE STREAM LINK]; ‘The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’ Mash-Up Pack Announced

Minecon 2013 starts today, November 2!

Those who were not able to avail the then highly-coveted tickets for Minecon 2013 can still see what's happening as it happens. Mojang posted the live stream link for the Minecon 2013 on their official blog site.

According to the post, fans can go to visit this link to have a live stream of the third all-things Minecraft event:  YouTube channel: https://youtube.com/teammojang

Mojang will be showing the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as the largest panels present on Minecon 2013. Furthermore, Minecraft fans watching via the live streaming will also see footages from the convention and interviews. Also, there will be some world premiere videos from some of the Minecraft talents.

As for more news today at Minecon 2013, A Skyrim Mash-up will be coming to Minecraft for the Xbox 360. According to the press release, posted on tumbler site aginggothmom.tumblr.com, Mojang, Bethesda and Microsoft Studios "proudly announced the development of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" Mash-Up pack for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition."

The new pack will be transforming the world of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" into the pixelated look of Minecraft. Moreover, the press release reads, "Developed by 4J Studios, "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" Mash-Up  features an exclusive Skyrim-themed texture set, 40 character skins, themed menus and user interface, craftable items, and more than 20 iconic selections  from "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" original game soundtrack."

The "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" Mash Up pack will be experienced for the first time by gamers and fans during Minecon 2013, happening at Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida on November 2 to 3.
