“The Great Birth 2” is criticized for the judges’ lax evaluations

Many viewers are complaining that the excessively high points awarded by mentors is taking the excitement away from the show.

The best part of the judges' evaluation is trying to determine the judges' preference for a particular contestant or seeing them give a shocking evaluation.

MNet's Superstar K initially awarded an average of 60-70 points out of a 100 to its contestants, giving the viewers a pleasant anxiety attack every time.

Although the concept of "The Great Birth 2" is slightly different from that of Superstar K, due to the connection between mentors and mentees, this does not mean that viewers will tolerate lax evaluations.

On the February 17th episode of the show, all the contestants scored above 8.5 out of 10. In terms of Superstar K, this would mean that everyone had received a score above 85.

Viewers have expressed that "It's encouraging to see the judges' lenient evaluations but sometimes I wish they had the audacity of Yoon Jong shin from Superstar K" "The scores are too similar" "Where is that vicious mentor who can fling a score of like 6.8?" "I was surprised to see Lena Park be the most picky one."

The previous episode showed the departure of Lee Seunghwan's mentor Choi Junghoon and Yoon Il- Sang's mentor Sam Carter.
