Long distance was primarily the reason for Ariana Grande and Jai Brooks' split. However, even if Grande and Nathan Sykes are oftentimes apart from each other, distance does not seem to have an awful effect to their relationship.

The couple, who is likewise known as "Nariana", has proven that the short time that they've been together is not a hindrance for them to publicly display their love for each other. In London wherein Grande promoted her television program 'Sam and Cat', Sykes made sure to visit her so that they could go on classic dates.

How do they keep their romance alive despite their need to constantly honor their commitments to their music careers?

"We never have to go that long without seeing each other, actually. It's amazing. It's very convenient. We have the same management so it's easy to look at each other's schedules and pick out a certain time. But we're not separated for more than a week at a time, usually but it doesn't even matter. It's just such a happy thing. The distance doesn't really take a toll when you're that happy," gushes Grande to Sugarscape.

In a separate interview with Cambio, the brunette beauty similarly shares how significant it is to date someone who shares the same passion with you: "It's fun. It's nice to be with a musician, I've never had that connection with somebody before."

For Grande, performing on stage with Sykes does not make her nervous but actually soothes her: "It's comforting to have him on stage with me. I never know what he's going to do vocally, though. He always comes out and does all these surprise runs that I've never heard before, so I'm just nervous that I'm going to mess up a harmony or something because I'll be blown off track by the run that surprised me. His voice is amazing, he's a gift...I love singing with him."

Grande and Sykes had collaboration for the song 'Almost Is Never Enough'. Fans of the two could attest how intense yet natural the performance was.
