Ok Joo Hyun, Juk Woo, and Lee Hyun Woo: The Most Anxious Performances on “I am a Singer”

"I am a Singer" was always filled with tension and anxiety but out of all the performances, the most tense and nervous ones were those by Ok Joo Hyun, Juk Woo, and Lee Hyun Woo. On the February 19th episode of "I am a Singer", a special summing up the first season was aired.

Ok Joo hyun, who had made her tearful debut singing Lee Seung hwan's "For a Thousand days", was so nervous that she could not even stand still. She had nonetheless captivated the audience with her powerful and flawless vocal skills.

After the performance, the singer looked back "I was just overwhelmed. It had been so long since I'd been on stage as a singer and I just realized that I had actually missed it a lot."

Juk woo's tense performance of "Passionate Love" was also mentioned. She had previously been unknown but the emotional outpour during her performance of the song pulled the audience members into her singing.

Juk woo recalled "I did not know that it would be this nerve racking. I honestly don't even remember what I did."

Lee Hyun woo, who joined towards the end of the season, was no exception. After pouring everything out on stage, he hustled off stage and collapsed on the couch.
