Rainbow member Ji Sook revealed a heartbreaking story on TV.

On the 21st broadcast of SBS 'Srong Heart', Ji Sook opened up about her passed away mother.

She commented "When I was working on TV actively, she didn't tell me she was battling cancer because she didn't want me to worry" and "that's how I found out about her suddenly becoming a vegetable".

The family purposely did not tell Ji Sook about her mother when she lost consciouness because she was in middle of a music program. She added "when I went to so see her later, I realized how thin she was. When I saw that it hurt me to think "she's hurting so much but she can't say a word". I wanted to smell my mother's scent so I hugged her really hard. But because she became a vegetable she didn't say a word, or move. Last conversation I had with her was on the phone saying "I can't talk I'm took busy at the salon". I wish I can say one more thing to my mother. I want to tell her that I love her".

She finished talking while stating "I'm here because she showed me so much love. She loves 'Strong Heart', she always asked me when I was going on, and I think she'd be happy too see that I've made an appearance."
