'Game Of Thrones' Season 4 Spoilers: 'A Few Beheadings' And 'People On Fire' In Penultimate Episode, Director Teases

"Game of Thrones" season 4 won't disappoint fans who like battle scenes; the director of the penultimate episode of "Game of Thrones" season 4 teased a few spoilers, and it sounds like it'll be very action-packed.

Neil Marshall spoke with the Irish Film and Television Network, and gave some spoilers about what fans can expect from "Game of Thrones" season 4, episode 9.

According to HNGN, Marshall said we can expect to see "a few beheadings" in the episode that takes place at Castle Black.

"We got to blow some people up, set people on fire and do quite a few high falls. We pack quite a lot of stuff in there," he added.

"The Castle Black episode has three different battles going on at the same time in different places," Marshall revealed, "so it's a bit more complex from that point of view."

The director said there will be more than 200 extras and a large number of stuntmen.

"This episode is loaded with stunts, effects gags and visual effects. It's a very, very action-packed episode!" he said.

"We have huge sets that they build - in the case of 'Blackwater' it was a section of King's Landing. For this episode we didn't have to build Castle Black, we already had it. But it's an amazing set," Marshall said.

"They built another inside the Paint Hall for the top of the Wall, and that was so big it took up the entire studio. We got a special backdrop made for it and one of the things about Paint Hall that makes it quite unique is that it's much taller than most film studios. The backdrop went around almost 360 degrees and it turned out that it's the biggest backdrop in Europe."

Season 4 of "Game of Thrones" premieres Spring 2014 on HBO.
