Upcoming Android Phones 2013: Unlocked Moto G Hits Pre-Order Status At Amazon In The US, Starts At $199.99

This year has been a fruitful year for the Android platform, with dozens of high-end devices getting released almost month after month. But in case you are searching for upcoming Android phones in 2013 that costs just right and does all it is intended to do, then the Moto G is sure to be on your holiday wishlist.

Developed by Google-owned Motorola, the Moto G is safely within the midrange category. Boasting decent specs, this Droid has just arrived on Motorola's website a couple of days back. Now, retail giant Amazon is also offering the device on pre-order, starting at $199.99 for the 16GB edition.

Meanwhile, Motorola also offers the Moto G 8GB variant for just $179.99, though the mere $20 difference may not be that much for you to go for the edition with 16GB internal storage.

In case you missed some of the juicy details about this device, the Motorola Moto G features a 4.5" display at 720 x 1280p resolution, a quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU clocked at 1.2Ghz, and 1GB of RAM.

The phone also runs on Adreno 305 to take on graphically-stunning games and apps.

Behind the back cover lies a relatively huge 2,070mAh battery, and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box. Unfortunately, it does not have a microSD slot for storage expansion.

Visit Amazon now and check out the pre-order page for the Moto G.
