Sidney Crosby and Kris Letang scored in the final 1:10 of regulation, and Crosby also had the shootout winner in a 5-4 victory.

The Penguins, averaging 3.18 goals, have scored 15 times during a three-game win streak with the final two victories coinciding with the returns of Evgeni Malkin and Letang from injuries, according to ESPN.com.

Last time these two teams met, Edmonton lost 3-2 in Pittsburgh. The game was tied at 2-all before Malkin put the Penguins ahead with a power-play goal with 12:40 remaining.

"You've obviously got to focus on a couple of players (Crosby and Malkin)," Edmonton coach Dallas Eakins said. "You've got to be aware when they're on the ice. Individually, those guys can just crush you."

Injury report, according to NHL.com:

"Pittsburgh is without goalie Tomas Vokoun (blood clot) and forwards Beau Bennett (wrist), Chuck Kobasew (lower body), Chris Connor (hand), Dupuis (knee), Jayson Megna (lower body), Andrew Ebbett (ankle) and Paul Martin (broken bone). ... Edmonton has been without defensemen Philip Larsen (illness) and Potter (groin)."
