Amanda Bynes Case To Be Dismissed If She Promises To Continue Therapy; Ex Nickelodeon Star To Start New Life By Launching Own Fashion Line

Amanda Bynes' case involving her in a bong-throwing hotel incident will reportedly be dismissed given that the former Nickelodeon star will adhere to certain conditions.

"The case will be resolved tomorrow in court. Here's what will happen. The case will be put on ice. Amanda will not enter a plea. If she keeps her nose clean and continues her therapy for the next 6 months, the charges will be formally dismissed and the case will be sealed," claims one source to TMZ about Amanda Bynes' case.

The 27-year-old actress previously defended herself by claiming that instead of a bong, what she threw outside the window was a flower vase. She was then charged with several cases including marijuana possession, reckless endangerment, and evidence tampering.

Local authorities went to her unit after several neighbors complained about her marijuana smoking. Things got heated which prompted the 'Easy A' actress to throw a bong outside. When the evidence has been retrieved after a couple of days, cops couldn't use it anymore as it was already ruined.

The 'Sydney White' star has just finished her psychiatric treatment in a center in Malibu, California and is currently with her parents for her continuous recovery. Bynes likewise made news for starting several Twitter wars with celebrities and for nearly burning a lonesome home's garage.

Despite her tainted record, Bynes reportedly wants to start a new life according to her lawyer Tamar Arminak: "She's now looking at various colleges with the intention of majoring in fashion design. She's mentioned before she's interested in creating a clothing line."

Last May 2013, the California-born actress also told In Touch about her desire to design clothes: "I love Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's clothing line, Elizabeth and James, and I love how Justin Bieber dresses. My line will be a mixture of sick styles, and it's going to be for everybody."

Fans are hoping that Bynes is indeed determined this time to go back on track.
