Another week goes by, and another update from "Legend of Korra" co-creator Bryan Konietzko, this time showing us some Asami and Korra in Book 3, "Change."

"Book 3 buddies," writes Konietzko regarding this "Legend of Korra" photo.

In it, we see Asami and Korra seemingly sparring with each other, and given Konietzko recent caption, perhaps developing a friendship of sorts.

Many fans are excited to see Asami featured more prominently in Book 3, as "The Legend of Korra" Book 2 had very little screentime for the heroine.

"It looks like we'll finally get a good dosing of Asami," writes Karis on Avatar the Last Airbender Online. "She was left out a whole lot last season."

"I wonder if Asami is teaching Korra the self-defense she learned when [she was] younger.

With an earlier tease of Lin Beifong, another character who made very few appearances in Book 2, it would seem "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 will attempt to round out these underused characters more.

In addition, "The Legend of Korra" fans are also theorizing that the background in this new photo is from the Fire Nation.

"I want to see Zuko's daughter more than Lin's father!" raves F.L.Z. after seeing the photo.

The mystery surrounding Lin Beifong's father (Toph's romantic partner) and Zuko's daughter has been the subject of much discussion since Book 1.

Perhaps with Lin Beifon and Asami having more of a presence, the Earth Kingdom and the Fire Nation will appear in "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 at last!
