After the long hiatus in Grey's Anatomy season 10, lots of spoilers and speculations are circulating online, more particularly about April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson (Jesse Williams).

Before Grey's Anatomy mid-season finale ended, fans were left with a lot of cliffhangers. But, perhaps the most exciting cliffhanger is how Jackson tried to stopped April and Matthew's wedding.

Fans immediately talked about how Jackson Avery stood up (while his girlfriend Stephanie played by Jerrika Hinton by the way) and confessed his love for April just as she was about to say 'I do.'

So, what's going to happen to April and Jackson? Here are some spoilers you don't want to miss!

On January 14, 2014, TVGuide revealed some juicy details on the fate of April and Jackson when Grey's Anatomy season 10 returns this February.

According to TVGuide's report, April's choice might not be that easy. Jesse Williams (who plays Jackson on hit medical drama) made a comment regarding April's choice saying, "It's incredibly tense and there are going to be a lot of regrets either way."

Whether or not April chooses Jackson, Williams also revealed that his character will face other problems with regards to his profession.

"He is really going to have to find a balance between his personal relationships and his bias and the fact that the Avery Foundation runs everything, but he's very junior to some of the other attendings," Williams said to TVGuide.

Fortunately for fans, they don't have to wait a long time before they find out who April chooses.

According to the report made by TVLine¸ fans will know immediately who April choice is.

"We pick up moments after where we left off, and we will know who April has chosen right off the bat," promised Sarah Drew.

Drew added, "No matter who she chose, people are going to be murmuring and gossiping about this forever."

Grey's Anatomy season 10 returns on February 27, 2014 on ABC.
