Miley Cyrus revealed to Love magazine that she still speaks with ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth, leaving many fans wondering if the couple's split is over.

"I was with him since I was 16 and nothing's ever going to make that go away," she said, according to the magazine.

"I've known this guy all that time and if it doesn't work out I can still smile and love him and he can love me and that's great, that's the way to be."

Miley Cyrus made brief mention of her relationship status and her love of marijuana on Twitter on Tuesday.

The "Adore You" singer posted an E-card on the social media site which read: "Everyone is in a relationship, getting married or having babies. And I'm just over here like, 'I love weed.'"
