According to TVGuide, the official synopsis for "How I Met Your Mother" season 9, episode 17 reads: "On the day of the wedding, a tipsy Barney goes missing, and while out searching for him, Ted and Robin recall Ted's former relationships. Meanwhile, Lily and Marshall clear up their on-going issues; and Barney imparts his women-meeting wisdom and techniques to two young wannabe ladies' men."

While Robin and Ted take a trip down memory lane, guest stars Ashley Williams, Sarah Chalke, and Abby Elliott are scheduled to make appearances in tonight's episode, most likely through flashbacks, as Ted thinks about all his past girlfriends. We are sure many fans can't wait to see Williams reprise her role as Victoria in "HIMYM."

CarterMatt.com also reports that other notable guest stars to make cameos in this episode are Bill Fagerbakke as Marshall's late father (most likely through a flashback or dream sequence), and Tim Gunn as himself.
