Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 Release Date: Korean Tech Giant's High-End Slate Goes On Pre-Order In The US, To Be Officially Available Starting Feb. 13

Several weeks after getting announced during the CES event, the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 release date has already been confirmed in the US.

In a report by GSM Arena, Samsung's huge 12.2-inch will be officially out in stores beginning February 13th, or Thursday next week. For the meantime, people who want to pre-order the Android tablet can do so from Office Depot.

However, you may want to check your budget in case you are eyeing this huge slate. The Galaxy Note 12.2 Pro costs $849.99 which may be expensive for some, but is far less costly than the rates in the United Kingdom.

In the UK, the Samsung tablet costs a whopping £649 or more than a thousand dollars.

Considering its steep pricing, the Galaxy Note 12.2 Pro is certainly a must-have tablet. The Android-powered slate comes with a 12.2-inch screen with 2k (2560 x 1440) display, a quad-core chipset which is probably the Snapdragon 800, and 3GB of RAM for superior multi-tasking capabilities.

Other specs include 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, an 8-megapixel rear camera and 2MP front cam, Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and a huge 9,500mAh battery.
