Miley Cyrus revealed on Twitter that she has quit smoking cigarettes and appeared proud of the change in habit, leaving many fans wondering if her split with Liam Hemsworth may have been contributed by her nicotine addiction.

"2 months no cigs," she tweeted. "#proudofmyself"

Earlier this week, the "Adore You" singer evealed that she lost her $100,000-worth engagement ring given by Liam Hemsworth in the show.

"Don't know, think it's in the shower," Miley Cyrus responded to Love magazine when asked about the location of her ring.

She also revealed to the magazine that she still speaks with ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth.

"I was with him since I was 16 and nothing's ever going to make that go away," she said, according to the magazine.

"I've known this guy all that time and if it doesn't work out I can still smile and love him and he can love me and that's great, that's the way to be."

Miley Cyrus made brief mention of her relationship status and her love of marijuana on Twitter on Tuesday.

The "Adore You" singer posted an E-card on the social media site which read: "Everyone is in a relationship, getting married or having babies. And I'm just over here like, 'I love weed.'"

Liam Hemsworth and Jennifer Lawrence have been spending more time together - the two were spotted with a group of friends in Atlanta last weekend. The "Hunger Games stars' relationship has some wondering if it may have led to his split with Miley Cyrus.

Kellan Lutz said he denied getting romantically involved with Miley Cyrus over fear of upsetting Liam Hemsworth after their split, Metro UK reports.

"Kellan is friends with Liam and doesn't want to insult him by getting serious with Miley," a source said, according to the site.

''Miley came on way too strong for Kellan. All he wanted was to have a good time, and when they first hooked up she told him that was all she was after too.''
