Upcoming HTC Phones 2014: New One 2 M8 Flagship Captured In Live Image, Shows Dual-Camera Sensors, Minimal To No Design Changes

As if we lack information about upcoming HTC phones for 2014, the One 2 M8 has been spotted once more - now with its back cover in view.

In a report by Android Authority, Russian website HTC Family posted on Twitter what appears to be the One 2 M8's rear cover.

From the looks of it, the entire back panel of the upcoming flagship is unchanged, save for the dual-camera sensors which reportedly have 5MP resolution each.

The UltraPixel camera of the HTC One certainly did not do well against competition, but a dual-camera  with 5MP sensors might just do the trick for the Taiwanese manufacturer.

The first camera is located at the top most part of the phone's back, while the other is located at the middle where HTC has been placing its cameras recently.

However, the image reveals another thing - the HTC One 2 M8 would not have a fingerprint scanner like its bigger sibling the One max, which was announced later last year.

Other rumored specs of the upcoming HTC device includes a 5-inch display with Full HD resolution, a Snapdragon 800 chipset, and 2GB of RAM.

We're expecting the HTC One successor to make an appearance at MWC in Barcelona by the end of the month.
