Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 Release Date Hits UK, Offers Options For Snapdragon Or Exynos Chipset, Wi-Fi Or LTE Edition, 32GB Or 64GB Internal Storage

During its announcement at CES in Las Vegas, there has not been any exact details about the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 release date. However, earlier this week, the Android slate arrived to the US, and now it hits UK.

But what can consumers expect from this Samsung tablet that is definitely the first of its kind.

With a screen that measures 12.2 inches, the Galaxy Note 12.2 Pro is the largest slate we have seen recently. Several reports say that this is Samsung's counterpart of the rumored iPad Pro which allegedly measures 12.9 inches. However, as the rumored Apple slate has not been even confirmed yet, the Note Pro 12.2 could be all alone in its size range.

If you are the type of consumer who just can't get enough of screen real estate, then this tablet will offer you just that. Packed with 2K (2560 x 1440) display and a 16:10 aspect ratio, this is certainly the tablet you've been looking for.

However, the display is only half the story.

Inside, the Galaxy Note 12.2 Pro is also a monster device, packing 3GB of RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, and boasting an 8-megapixel camera at the back and a 2MP front facer.

For the UK market, the Samsung tablet will offer a variety of options, starting with either 3G and Wi-Fi only, or the 4G LTE version. Whichever you choose, you will be treated with a different type of processor, an octa-core Exynos 5 chipset for the former, and a Snapdragon 800 for the latter.

There are also two internal storage options, 32GB and 64GB for people who like to store all their files in their gadgets.

In the report by GSM Arena, the Galaxy Note 12.2 Pro's price begins at £650, without the additions.
