According to Twitter posts from Fancy Force - the company behind the popular ragdoll physics-based game, Happy Wheels iOS app will be available at some point this 1st quarter of 2014. Also, the company is also at hard work to make the highly anticipated IOS version of the game ready for release.

Moreover, as a response to query from a Twitter user, Fancy Force also revealed that users of Happy Wheels iOS will both be able to play the default levels, as well as the user-made levels of the game. However, initially, Happy Wheels iOS app users will not be able to import levels that are made in Flash. Below is the actual tweet from Fancy Force:

Fancy Force revealed further details about Happy Wheels iOS app via previous tweets. Accordingly, the game will most likely get a 12+ rating based on its category and content.
Moreover, as posted on a Wikia page for the game, Happy Wheels iOS app will run at 60 fps. It will also support Game Center and an iCade controller.
The development of the Android version for Happy Wheels will begin immediately after the release of the mobile app for iOS devices.
