The HTC One m8 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated smartphones this year. Now a new image allegedly shows the phone's homescreen.  

According to a report from Android Authority, notorious leakster EV Leaks posts what appears to be the homescreen of the unannounced HTC device. 

From the looks of it, it is certainly a great-looking homescreen, though we better not keep our hopes up too high. Just yesterday, what appeared to be a legit live image of the HTC One M8 has been considered a photoshopped image by an HTC executive. 

Still, it would be refreshing to see a homescreen with this kind of sophisticated look in it. 

In the image, we can see several images, the time and weather widget, and the reported on-screen buttons.
