SHINee’s new song ‘Sherlock’ that was released after about a year and a half hiatus stormed through Korea is also showing their popularity even in Taiwan.

SHINee’s new min-album ‘Sherlock’ has dominated the G-MUSIC Asia Chart, FIVE MUSIC Korean-Japanese Chart, and Kwangnan Korea-Japan Music Chart on various Taiwan’s album sales chart.

For G-MUSIC Chart instance is not only the Korean-Japanese chart but also the joint chart, featuring albums mostly released from Taiwan itself, SHINee placed number three following Taiwan popular star Alan Lou popular drama ‘Absolutely Him’ OST, proving SHINee’s popularity.

‘Sherlock’ was the number one also on Taiwan’s best radio chart ‘HIT FM Asia Music Chart’ that was aired on April 29.

SHINee is currently embarking on their Japan nationwide tour ‘The First Japan Arena Tour – SHINee World 2012’ that successfully concluded their Fukuoka and Hokkaido performances. Their next performance is at Nagoya from May 3-5 for three days. The tour is to last until July 1 with a total of 20 performances in 7 cities.

SHINee is to release the Japanese version of ‘Sherlock’ as their Japanese fourth single on May 16. It seems the group will continue on the ‘Sherlock’ fever even in Japan.
