Upcoming Windows Tablets 2014: Microsoft Rumored To Have LTE-Enabled Surface 2 For AT&T Before April, Leaked FCC Filing Claims

Upcoming Windows Tablets 2014: Microsoft has not been doing well with its own upcoming Windows tablets for 2014, but a new report claims that the company is developing an LTE version of its Surface 2, especially for AT&T.

According to a report by GSM Arena, a leaked document at the FCC have revealed a Windows tablet that offers LTE support. Dubbed as device model 1573, the Microsoft-made device is rumored to hit US carrier AT&T, which particularly excels in its LTE network services.

While there is certainly no release dates yet, the alleged LTE-enabled Surface 2 would arrive to the US carrier some time next month.

Microsoft may not be boing well with its devices overall, but if it continues to partner with carriers and even some retailers like this, then expect a better turnout for the Redmond based company.
