Upcoming Huawei Phones 2014: Phablet Ascend P7 Appears In Alleged Press Shot Ahead Of MWC Event, Rumored Specs Include Quad-Core CPU, 2GB RAM, Android KitKat, 13MP Primary Shooter

Upcoming Huawei phones 2014: If you are looking for decent phones at the MWC event, then you better see this.

A couple of weeks ago, several leaked images surfaced showing the upcoming Huawei phone Ascend P7. Now, another image allegedly showcases the Android-powered handset, a week before it gets officially unveiled during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

According to a report by Android Authority, the image appeared on the Chinese micro-blogging platform Weibo, which has been used by Chinese brands to build hype for their unannounced devices.

Like its other Ascend siblings, the P7 looks stylishly slim from the image. However, looks can be deceiving as it also packs a handful of powerful specs.

Previous rumors are pointing to a Full HD (1920 x 1080) screen somewhere within the 5 to 5.5-inch category, a quad-core CPU running at 1.6GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a 13-megapixel camera at the back.

The Huawei Ascend P7 is also rumored to have an 'amazing front camera' of 8 megapixels, and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

As seen from the image, color options include pink, gold, white and black.

Let us just wait for the full details when the Chinese manufacturer finally announces the device during its press event at MWC.
