Super Junior’s ‘Opera’ Debuts #3 on Oricon

Idol group Super Junior boasts of their continuing popularity in Japan.

Super Junior’s third Japanese single ‘Opera’ released on May 9 debuted #3 on the Oricon single chart only after a day with 54,331 copies sold. This is following Japanese popular groups Arashi and NMB48 that have also released their latest singles on the same day.

The single album includes a total of 3 tracks which are ‘Opera,’ Korean version of ‘Opera’ and, ‘Way’ the DVD includes music video exclusively for Japan.

Super Junior that records even high sales for their album will hold their world tour’ Super Show 4’ at Tokyo Dome on May 12-13.

The show that is expected to draw in 100,000 fans have already been sold out and this is meaningful as the group has not yet made their official debut or separate promotions in Japan.
