JYP Entertainment made an official announcement regarding Wonder Girls activities in 2012 on Wonder Girls official website.

The statement begins about the girls’ entrance to the Japanese market as just another stage in their career.

The girls after landing in the American market in 2009 the group has been receiving numerous inquiries of their Japan debut have been making plans accordingly.

Before their debut the girls recorded a cosmetic commercial gaining high expectation towards their debut in Japan.

JYP Entertainment has requested Japanese record label to listen and select the songs that Japanese fans would like to hear. And in the end ‘Nobody’ was the song that received the most interest and has been selected as the title song for their first Japanese album.

Second announcement made was regarding Wonder Girls comeback activities in Korea. It was reported earlier that the group will release a new album early June in Korea. JYP Entertainment asked fans to anticipate a transformed look of the girls’ for their upcoming album.

Last but not least was the US activity the group after releasing their Wonder Girls TV movie through TeenNick has received many proposals from major broadcasting companies in U.S. Currently the group is reviewing and in the process of selecting their next project.
