Legend Of Korra Co-Creator Unveils Photography Portfolio Before Book 3 'Change' Release Date: Avatar The Last Airbender Sequel Gets More Boy Viewers Than Girls!

As "The Legend of Korra" fans wait for the Book 3 release date, co-creator Michael DiMartino is taking the time to promote his own work.

As some fans know, DiMartino is an avid photographer and through work or otherwise, has collected a series of photography from around the world. Locations include India, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Peru, the Sierras, and more.

Now, "The Legend of Korra" writer is opening up his own website to promote his photography portfolio.

"It includes travel, landscape, and street photography. I finally have my favorite photos all in one place and will continue to add to it. Hope you enjoy," writes DiMartino on Tumblr.

"Beautiful work, Mike!" compliment "The Legend of Korra" co-creator Bryan Konietzko.

Meanwhile, fans are eagerly waiting for Book 3 to announce a release date, which should be relatively soon.

But it might surprise some that amongst the "Korra" fans, there are more boy viewers than girls.

According to Slate, it is becoming more and more common for boys to watch shows targeted toward girls, and old stereotypes are starting to fall away.

Reportedly, elements like having active heroines and humor can often make boys respond to movies and shows like "The Legend of Korra," "Harry Potter," "Frozen," "Brave," and "Doc McStuffins."

So if you are a male fan awaiting "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 to come back-you are not alone.
