Fulham will face off against rival Norwich City on Saturday, placing two of the English Premier League's closely followed teams against each other.

Fulham, coming out of a 2-1 win over Aston Villa, is expected to be the favorite in the match.

Fulham Manager Felix Magath said sacking former Norwich City manager Chris Hughton with five games to go "will be good" for the Norfolk side, adding "maybe it was a little bit too late."

"For us it doesn't matter who is the opponent because we have only important games now, but Norwich have a very bad schedule. They have very, very difficult games ahead," he said, according to the site.

"They've changed manager now and that will give them new energy and so we have to be careful. They will fight for 90 minutes."

Norwich City, coming out of a 1-0 loss to West Bromwich City, is expected to be the underdog in the match.

Norwich City Manager Niel Adams, who replaced Chris Hughton, said Saturday's clash with Fulham will not determine the Canaries' fate in the Premier League, Sky Sports reports.

"I keep hearing the must-win, the one-game season. It's a five-game season. We're capable of beating anybody," he said, according to the site.

"If people want to write us off, great. We're used to that. We're down at the bottom end of the table with six, seven, eight other clubs who have been written off on a weekly basis."
