"I would love to see us play with this intensity, to our identity, tomorrow night (against Atlanta)," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "If we do that, the results seem to take care of themselves."

After winning against the Indiana squad, the Heat are looking positive with what they think would be the outcome come the end of the season, as they will be facing rather weaker teams compared to the Pacers, who still has the Thunder and Orlando on their way, while the team from South Beach will be facing Washington and Philadelphia in their last few games.

"We know what's going on out there," Bosh said. "We know what's going to happen. We're in the middle of trying to put everything together for ourselves and I think today was a good step forward for us."

The Atlanta Hawks, after getting in the way of the Nets, will try to defend their playoff spot from the New York Knicks, who are just two games away to avoid a tie breaker and needs to win the rest of their games and hope for the best to get their post-season spot.

"It says a lot about our team, says a lot about what we're trying to accomplish here," Millsap said. "The focus that it took to lock in, compete and to get this win, it says a lot. Guys want to win, guys want to try to make this push."
