According to spoilers by TV Guide, the "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 finale will involve an act of terrorism—a first for the series.

So, not only will fans have to bid farewell to cast members Sandra Oh, but could some of our doctors be in mortal danger again?

Spoilers confirm that in addition to Sandra Oh, series regulars Gaius Charles and Tessa Ferrer will leave "Grey's Anatomy" season 10.

While it is unlikely that all three doctors will die in one episode, could the "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 finale involve at least one death?
