South Korea Ferry Tragedy Postpones Pokemon X And Y Anime Episode Broadcast Featuring Skrelp And Dragalge? Death Toll Count Reaches 121

As the Pokemon X and Y anime continues airing in Japan, the recent South Korea ferry tragedy has caused the latest episode to be postponed indefinitely.

The Pokemon X and Y anime episode is titled "The Castle on the Seabed! Skrelp & Dragalge!!"

According to Serebii, this episode involves Team Ash investigating a sunken ship and city with the help of new X and Y Pokedex addition—Skrelp and Dragalge.

Although it has not been officially confirmed, most assume this episode is being postponed due to the South Korea ferry incident.

Instead, the following Pokemon X and Y anime episode will air, titled "The Cyllage Gym match! Pikachu VS Tyrunt!!" It is currently unknown if and when this episode will be broadcast.

Some Pokemon fans are disappointed with the postponement, as it has been theorized that one of the main characters in the Pokmeon X and Y anime will catch a Skrelp.

Meanwhile, the death toll for the South Korea ferry tragedy has risen to 121, with 181 still missing and presumed drowned.

"We still have a lot of missing bodies. Shouldn't we find as many as possible before moving on?" asked Kim Hyungi-gi, the main representative for the victims' families.

According to Al-Jazeera, the family members have set a deadline of Thursday for the retrieval of all the bodies off the South Korea ferry "Sewol."
