LG L65 Smartphone Makes Its Debut In Russia, Specs Include 4.3" Display, Dual-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, 5MP Camera, Android KitKat

LG L65: LG is continuing its release of several midrange and entry-level devices which target mass and emerging markets around the world. But this time, the Korean manufacturer will launch another Android-powered device for the Russian market.

Dubbed as the LG L65, this smartphone packs enough power and features to keep a casual Android user occupied throughout the day.

According to the report by GSM Arena, the LG L65 packs a 4.3-inch IPS LCD display with 480 x 800 resolution, a dual-core CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, a Snapdragon 200 chipset, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory.

At the back are the usual connectivity features including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS, and 3G.

Also on board is a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash at the back and a 0.3MP front facing shooter. The LG L65 has a microSD card slot that can support up to 32GB of expanded storage.

If you are particular with the Android version of your device, you will be pleased to know that the new LG smartphone runs Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box. The phone is also powered by a decent 2,100mAh battery.

In the report, the LG L65 has gone official in Russia and will cost RUB 7,490, or about $210.

Unfortunately, availability for the international market has not been detailed yet. We just expect the phone to arrive in more countries to provide more options for Android fans.

In previous months, LG has been keeping in step with Samsung in releasing numerous devices ranging from entry level to midrange phones. And while this may not provide an immediate impact to LG's campaign to become the top Android OEM, at least it gives the company the reputation it needs to earn in order to achieve its goal.
