GTA 5 PC Release Date Cancelled? 216-Day Gap For Computer Version Passed

Grand Theft Auto 5 has been available on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 for more than 216 days, longer than it took Rockstar Games to produce a GTA 4 PC version, leaving many gamers wondering if the fifth main installment's computer release date has been cancelled.

GTA 4 took approximately the same amount of days as it came out for the PC on Dec. 2, 2008-the PS3 and Xbox 360 version were released on April 29 earlier in the same year, Examiner.com reports.

The fourth numbered entry of the series did not end up arriving for computer platform until 217 days after the initial console launch, Examiner.com also reports.

Romanian gaming retailer Altex has listed a June 15, 2015 release date for Grand Theft Auto 5's PC version, along with next-generation console Playstation 4 and Xbox One, the Christian Post reports, giving hope for an upcoming announcement.

The Change.org petition calling on Rockstar Games to release its open-world action game Grand Theft Auto 5 for PC is closing in on 700,000 signatures, Game Spot reports, leaving many gamers wondering if this will put pressure on the developer to make a release date announcement.

Gameranx reported that that many potential DLC apartments for Grand Theft Auto 5's Online version have been revealed.

Callisto Apartments, Augury Insurance, CNT Building, Celltowa, Yacht Club, Puerto Del Sol, Von Crastenburg-Richman and Schlongberg Sachs are some of the properties that can be purchased, the website included in its report.

But that's not all gamers are talking about in regards to the popular series.

YouTube User Dynasty recently released a video which guides players on "how to get a flying alien UFP spaceship" for GTA 5, leaving many wondering if the same feature will be available in the game's PC version.

Getting the UFO spaceship requires players to exploit a glitch and must ensure that they are in the GTA 5 campaign mode, the International Business Times writes.

After this, they must hit Start > Game > Replay Mission and choose 'Did Somebody Say Yoga?' the website also writes.
