Sims 4 Release Date, News And Updates: EA’s Upcoming Lifestyle Simulation Game Attending E3 2014; Simlish Language To Get An Upgrade

Fresh Sims 4 news and updates are now emerging online.

 According to the latest "The Sims 4" news, EA's upcoming simulation game will be at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, more popularly known as E3 2014. This "The Sims 4" update was confirmed by the game's executive producer, Rachel Franklin, via Twitter.

Fans of the Sims series can look forward to seeing and learning more The Sims 4 news and updates during E3 2014. As a response to a certain tweet, Franklin further shared that there are "so much to show" for the game. See the Twitter conversation below:

E3 2014 is scheduled from June 10 to 12 and it will take place in Los Angeles Convention Center.

As for other Sims 4 news, the Simlish language will be having an upgrade. As posted on The Sims Official Magazine, the Sims voice team, which started with 3 actors, are now composed of 9 voice actors, "makes it possible to have a much greater range of choice in how your Sim characters sound when they speak.

Moreover, The Sims 4 will also offer the widest range of Simlish language yet. Bill Cameron, The Sims voice director shared:

"We've expanded the lexicon, created specific 'slang' for different Sim age groups, and placed more focus on object-specific terminology. We've focused harder than ever before on making each Sim sound unique, and it's really paying off. The cohesion and attention to detail has really helped Simlish to feel even more like a real language."

The Sims 4 release date is expected to happen later this year, particularly at some point during the fall season. One of previous tweets from game producer, Graham Nardone, reassured the fans that The Sims 4 release date is still set for autumn 2014.
