On Wednesday, Gil left the cast of the South Korean reality television program "Infinity Challenge" after he was was allegedly busted for drinking and driving early that morning, in the Hapjeong neighborhood of Seoul.

But Gil is far from the first celebrity to struggle with drunk driving charges. Here's our list of the top five celebrity DUIs.

Justin Bieber

After a year of egging houses and peeing in buckets, some are not surprised in the least when Justin Bieber was arrested for drunk driving on January 23 of this year.

Bieber was also caught illegal drag racing in Miami and charged with resisting arrest without violent and driving with an expired license from this same incident. Bieber currently awaits trial for the DUI.

Lindsay Lohan

Going back to 2007, Lindsay Lohan has had multiple DUIs, a trait that is shared by her parents Dina and Michael Lohan. Currently, Lohan has finished her sixth round of rehab and filming a reality show called "Lindsay" for the Oprah Winfrey Network. Could the star be back on track, or will the cycle repeat itself?

Shia LaBeouf

The "Nymphomaniac" star has been charged with a DUI after causing a crash which involved the other vehicle flipping over in 2008.

LaBeouf has also been arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after threatening his neighbor by driving into his car, as well as misdemeanor criminal trespassing after refusing to leave a Walgreens.

Amanda Bynes

In addition to a DUI, Amanda Bynes has plagued headlines for her erratic behavior. She has also been caught texting while driving and two hit-and-run's (though she was never formally charged).

Bynes' license has since been suspended, but has finished treatment and is enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles.

Paris Hilton

Charged with a DUI in 2006, Paris Hilton's brother was also charged for a DUI crash in 2011. According to Perez Hilton, Paris Hilton's brother Barron was ordered to pay $4.9 million for the crash.

In August 2010, Hilton was arrested on suspicion of cocaine possession while her then-boyfriend Cy Waits, was booked with a DUI.
