The Cameron Diaz book aptly titled 'The Body Book' aspires to help women with their journey towards wellness. In one of her recent interview with E! News, the 40-year-old actress revealed one thing which might be deemed unusual by some people from today's product-dependent generation.

As per the 'Charlie's Angels' actress, people should eliminate one thing from their beauty arsenal if they want to get rid of foul odor: "I don't believe in antiperspirant. It's really bad for you. I haven't used it for almost 20 years. You're stinky, because you use antiperspirant. It keeps all the stink in."

She advises men to merely trim their armpit hair to ward off a nasty scent. Apart from proper underarm care, the Cameron Diaz book also includes pointers on pubic hair care. While she has nothing against Brazilian waxing, she says that it might merely be a fleeting trend.

"I hear that there's a big fad these days of young women undergoing laser hair removal on all of their lady bits. I know you may think you'll be wearing the same style of shoes forever and the same style of jeans forever, but you won't. The idea that vaginas are preferable in a hairless state is a pretty recent phenomenon, and all fads change, people," she explained.

More than being busy on the promotion of the Cameron Diaz book, the blonde beauty likewise never forgets her duties as a good friend. As per recent reports, the 'Other Woman' star is doing her best to cheer up Gwyneth Paltrow following her split with her husband of 10 years, Chris Martin.

"Cameron is currently rallying the troops. She wants Reese Witherspoon, Gucci Westman and Jennifer Aniston, although she's filming a lot.. She wants them just to relax, have fun and make Gwyneth laugh. They're currently talking about the Italian Riviera," she said.
