Upcoming LG Phones 2014: New High-End Android Phablet Arriving In Japan, Specs Include 5.5" QHD Display, Quad-Core CPU, 2GB RAM, Water-Proof Body

Upcoming LG phones 2014: LG is slowly becoming a force to reckon with in the Android smartphone department, and for recent years, it has shown great potential both in its home market and in the international scene as well.

Now, as rumors fly about its upcoming LG G3 flagship, the Korean manufacturer is allegedly working on another high-end device, which is aimed at the highly competitive Japanese market.

In a recent report by GSM Arena, seasoned leakster EV Leaks released an alleged image of the upcoming smartphone.

Dubbed as LG isai FL, the image shows us a huge pink smartphone with LG's own Optimus UI.

Previous reports claim that the upcoming LG G3 would be based on this handset's specs and design, and while we would not have to disagree with specs, we hope it would not come in a pink edition for the international market.

In the report, the LG isai FL packs a 5.5-inch display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, a quad-core CPU clocked at 2.5GHz, and a Snapdragon 801 chipset which rivals that of Samsung, Sony and HTC's own flagship devices.

In addition to the specs above, the upcoming LG phone is also rumored to have 2GB of RAM for impressive multi-tasking capacities, 32GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, a huge 3,000mAh battery and Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.

There are also rumors of a water-resistant body.

If previous reports are true, then we can expect the LG isai FL to arrive in Japan by May, a few weeks before the G3 becomes official.

We will bring you more details as they become available in the coming days.
