Leighton Meester and Adam Brody's wedding bliss radiates on the set of 'Life Partners' even if the newlyweds are very private with their relationship. In the movie, the 28-year-old brunette beauty was able to work with her husband again.

In an interview with 'The View', she confessed about her penchant for balancing work and pleasure: "I always want to work with people that I like and love and people that I'm friends with. It's nice to mix business with pleasure."

Fans aren't the only ones who appear to notice Leighton Meester and Adam Brody's wedding bliss. Meester's 'Of Mice and Men' co-star, James Franco, has nothing but praises for Brody: "He's the sweetest guy. He's the best guy."

The 'Life Partners' film is about "a codependent friendship between two very different girls-type-A Paige (Gillian Jacobs) and lesbian slacker Sasha (Leighton Meester)-who have made a pact. Paige has vowed that she won't get married until Sasha has the same legal right. All is fine until Paige meets Tim (Brody), a young and charming doctor. As the relationship heats up, Paige and Sasha have to learn how to work Tim into their friendship."

In the film, the 'O.C.' actor has a kissing scene with Jacobs. How did Meester react to it?

"I think, if anything, I think that they pulled it off really well. I think it's good to have that kind of history, and if that makes it awkward, it works because it's kind of awkward kissing people for the first time.But I think that it didn't look awkward, so I don't know. They look in love," she gushed.

Though very secretive, Leighton Meester and Adam Brody's wedding has been confirmed when the two stepped out wearing their wedding bands.
