Friends Reunion 2014: Courteney Cox Unfriends Her Friends on David Letterman's Late Show; Matt LeBlanc Riffs on Joey Tribbiani on Episodes

Friends Reunion 2014: Friends was once the biggest show in the world. 25 millions viewers would tune in every week to see David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry and Courteney Cox drink coffee with Jennifer Aniston. Friends ran out of cofee 10 years ago now and fans have wanted to see a reunion ever since. Courteney Cox has insisted Friends won't return. Not even if they throw in an Ugly Naked Guy.

Courteney Cox unfriended her costars last week on The Late Show with David Letterman. Jennifer Aniston's BFF Courteney Cox said a "Friends" reunion is "not gonna happen." Not just in 2014, but 49-year-old actress Cox, who played Monica Geller, confirmed to "Friends" fans that cast will probably never reunite on the screen.  Courtney Cox said she can't even get the cast of the show to get together for coffee.

Actress Courteney Cox was a guest on the Late Show with David Letterman on Monday. Dave asked Cox if her former cast mates had any plans to have a Friends reunion, apologizing "You're sick of the question, aren't you?"

Courteney Cox, who played Monica Geller for 10 years, answered "Only because once you say, 'Well, I'd like it,' then they have to contact every other cast member and be like, 'Courteney's into it!' And then I get in trouble. It's not going to happen."

The star of Cougar Town continued "Let me tell you something: There's six friends and I've been trying to put together a cast dinner for 10 years. It doesn't happen. I can get the girls to come, maybe Matthew Perry. Matt LeBlanc canceled last time right at the last minute, Schwimmer lives here [in New York City], so it's just not gonna happen."On his Showtime series "Episodes," where he plays Matt LeBlanc, the actor, a version of himself who can't get past his "Friends" days, he's stuck on a show called "Pucks," which only got made on his name. And was ruined by Joey Tribbiani as more and more compromises were made to make the British writers' show more palatable to American audiences.

In the Boston Common's Spring Fashion issue, LeBlanc says the Matt he's playing in "Episodes" is a " fictitious character, and you just have to approach it that way. He just happens to have the same name I do. When we were coming up with who the character was going to be, I thought it would be fun-since our salaries were all published during Friends-to make this Matt LeBlanc way, way wealthier than me."

The show references "Friends." It references "Joey," the "Friends" spinoff that LeBlanc starred in,

The cast of "Friends" is keeping busy. Matthew Perry is making a pilot for "The Odd Couple" for CBS. Matt LeBlanc is doing his best work in years on the Showtime series "Episodes," playing Matt LeBlanc. Courteney Cox is a cougar on "Cougar Town." Lisa Kudrow has been starring in court room appearance. Jennifer Aniston is hot off "The Millers," has a new movie and a new haircut. Not sure what David Schwimmer's doing, will check tomorrow. Matthew Perry is going to reboot the classic TV series, and Neil Simon play and movie, "The Odd Couple."  'Odd Couple' will be filmed as a multi-camera comedy, the same format Perry used in 'Friends'.
