Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake's duet from the dead? The dream team's "Love Never Felt So Good," the first single from the album "Xscape" which debuted at iHeartRadio Awards on Thursday, has now gone viral.

The Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake viral video was posted by the "Sexy Back" singer in an Instagram post on May 2, along with the caption: "#PLAYITLOUD: "Love Never Felt So Good" duet version @michaeljackson #MJandJT #MJXSCAPEhttps://smarturl.it/LNFGjpv." 

The single "Love Never Felt So Good," was written and recorded by the King of Pop Michale Jackson with Paul Anka and Kathy Wakefield in 1983 but was never released until now.

The album, which will feature eight unreleased tracks between 1983 and 1999, will be released by Epic records on May 13 but is already available for purchase, according to Reuters.

The USA TODAY music critic Elysa Gardner described the Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake's duet as having "an old-school snap and tingle," in homage to the "melodic and rhythmic punch" of the songs produced during the legendary partnership of the King of Pop with Quincy Jones.

Michael Jackson died from an overdose of prescription drugs at the age of 50 in 2009. He had 14 Billboard No. 1 hits during his music career including such iconic songs like "Billie Jean," "Thriller," "Beat It," "I Just Can't Stop Loving You," "Bad," "The Way You Make Me Feel," "Man in the Mirror," "Black or White," and "You Are Not Alone."

The "Love Never Felt So Good" track drew mixed reactions from fans with some calling the posthumous production of Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake's voices as a "dream team," while others insisted that it was a similar to the later works of the King of Pop which were vastly inferior compared to the tracks from the three seminal albums, "Thriller," "Bad" and "Off The Wall."
