Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce couldn't be finalized since the New York Knicks forward refused to sign the papers reportedly out of jealousy, as the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is spending more time with new beau French Montana.

In December last year, Khloe Kardashian filed for a Lamar Odom divorce before the L.A. County court citing infidelity, drug use and irreconcilable differences. Now, she's complaining to friends that they couldn't move forward because her former husband has not filed any response to the legal documents, according to Radar Online.

The source told the gossip news site that Khloe Kardashian and French Montana are all over the town and just enjoying each other's company.

"While Khloé is very happy with French, because he treats her like a queen, she isn't fully able to enjoy it because Lamar still hasn't submitted a response in their divorce proceedings," the source added.

But another source told Radar that Lamar Odom had no problem signing the divorce papers and going through the court proceedings.

"He just wants to live his life in New York and be left alone," the insider added. "The fact that it's pissing Khloe off that Lamar is holding out, does give him some satisfaction."

Over the weekend, Khloe Kardashian and French Montana were in Las Vegas to watch the fight between Floyd Mayweather and Marcos Maidana, said Perez Hilton.

Khloe Kardashian left her Lamar Odom divorce headache behind as she was "arm-in-arm" with the rapper. They then went to dinner afterwards still showing a lot of PDA.

The blogger said that throughout the night, witnesses overheard rapper French Montana calling Khloe Kardashian "baby."

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom married just one month after they met and according to MailOnline, they signed a prenuptial agreement which would make it easy to divide their assets.
