The episode 23 synopsis reads: "Part 1 of 2. Prostitutes are murdered in Texas and the investigation suggests the killings have religious overtones. But as the BAU delve further into the case, their lives are put at risk."

According to TV Guide Mega Buzz, "two agents will go down" on "Criminal Minds" in the finale. Which agents will suffer gunshot wounds?

And while one team member's wound is only a temporary setback, the other is potentially fatal. Zap2it reports that the season 9 finale "will see one BAU member's life hanging in the balance as they unravel these prostitute deaths in Texas, while another BAU member will confront a sad secret from the past." The finale part 2 airs Wednesday, May 14 at 9 p.m.
