Kim Kardashian celebrated her first Mother's Day by posting a cute selfie to Instagram with her baby North. One day after Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner celebrate Mother's Day early with a surprise bridal shower.

The Mother's Day Instagram shows Kim cuddling 10-month-old baby girl North with the caption "This little girl has changed my world in more ways than I ever could have imagined!"

E! News reported that the day before Mother's Day, Kardashian was surprised with a Parisian-themed bridal shower at The Peninsula hotel in Beverly Hills. Kim's bridal shower was organized by her mom, Kris Jenner, and Kimn's sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian. It was an intimate outing as the party was only attended by a small group of family and friends.

How intimate? Kim took to Twitter to share pictures of herself posing in a photo booth with "Real Housewives of Miami" star Larsa Pippen, fashion designer Rachel Roy, reality TV star Brittny Gastineau and singer Ciara. Okay, so they didn't really all get in the photo booth at the same time. But still, for Kardashian this was a low-key affair.

A source told E! News that after the bridal shower, Kim went to lunch with Kris Jenner, Jonathan Cheban and his mother before they hit a home goods boutique. The source says they all "appeared to be having a great time."

For Mother's Day Kim posted a picture with her and Kanye West's baby, North, lying on a fur rug. The shot shows Kim holding her North in the air just before she's about to land a kiss on her little girl.

In the picture, Kim is wearing the same white dress that she wore to the Bridal Shower on Saturday, May 10.

Kanye West lavished Kim Kardashian with a garden wall made up of roses, hydrangeas and peonies for her first Mother's Day.

Kim took a shot and posted it to  Instagram, writing "I have the best fiancé in the world! I love you so much baby!!!! #HappyMothersDay."

For Valentine's day West sent Kim 1,000 roses.
