Pattinson's latest film, 'Maps to the Stars', will be released this month. He has likewise received positive feedback based on the trailer alone of his upcoming film 'The Rover'. Furthermore, he has two films which are currently in post-production, 'Queen of the Desert' and 'Life'. To say that the 'Twilight' hunk is in-demand is an understatement.

However, despite wishes of fans that the couple will cross paths in the event and have a good time, one source of E! News claims that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will not be in the festival "at the same time".

Pattinson's films will have its Cannes premiere on May 18 and 19 whereas the brunette beauty's film, 'Clouds of Sils Maria', will have a May 23 premiere. Reports claim that the 'Snow White and the Huntsman' actress will be arriving earlier for the filming of 'American Ultra'.

Celebrity Dirty Laundy reports that Stewart is still finding it difficult to move on and she sees the film festival, where they first made their relationship public, as a perfect opportunity for a reunion. The actress is reportedly planning to stage an accidental meet-up wherein she would bump into Pattinson and invite him for drinks.
