‘Scandal’ Season 4 Spoilers: Filming Moves To Washington, D.C.? Usually Private Cast Kerry Washington Shares Personal Milestone Via Twitter On Mother’s Day

"Scandal" season 4 spoilers are huge and they all begin with a possible change in location as filming might move to Washington D.C.

Council member Vincent Orange told Entertainment Weekly that he got in touched with a producer who wanted to shoot some scenes in Washington D.C. in August.

However, he quickly added that the shoot will hinge upon whether the producers will be included in the Film Incentive Program of the city. Although the show tackles political issues set in Washington D.C., producers shoot in L.A. to save money.

Washington's Film Incentive Program has an allocation of $4.5 million but that might change as City Mayor Vincent Gray is thinking about slashing the budget to just $1 million and using the rest of the money elsewhere.

The location shoot is not the only one on the move as ABC announced its new schedule and "Scandal" will get a new timeslot at 9 p.m. following "Grey's Anatomy" at 8 a.m. "How to Get Away with Murder" starring Viola Davis, meanwhile, will take over "Scandal's" old spot at 10 p.m., said E! News.

While Kerry Washington has not offered some "Scandal" season 4 spoilers, the very private actress did talk about someone close to her life on Sunday.

"Well... I still wont talk about my personal life on here But... I see your tweets. And I am filled with gratitude! XO #HappyMothersDay," she tweeted Sunday.

Kerry Washington married NFL player Nmadi Asomugha and they have a daughter, Isabelle Amarachi.

In the "Scandal" finale, Olivia Pope, the main character played by Kerry Washington, left D.C. and jetted off into the sunset with Jake (Scott Foley). It's not clear what's next for season four of the series or whether or not Olivia Pope will ever come back at all.

But showrunner Shonda Rimes dished out some "Scandal" season 4 spoilers. "She did quit her job, you might watch her on the beach somewhere. We'll have to see next season," Shonda Rhimes said when she guested on the "Jimmy Kimmel Show."
