The Voice' USA Christina Grimmie was saved in last Tuesday's elimination episode of the singing contest which left many viewers nervous. Right after the show, contender of 'The Voice' Kristen Merlin said that she already knew about her fate.

"I knew in my heart what would happen. How do you stack up against Christina Grimmie? She's amazing," she gushed. Merlin says that she has no ill feelings for she got in the Top 5 of the show.

Kat Perkins also shares the same sentiments about 'The Voice' USA Christina Grimmie. She is confident that the American songwriter will soon join Josh Kaufman and Jake Worthington in the final three.

She explained Grimmie's edge in the contest: "How do you compete with someone who's got a following like that? She's worked her butt off for several years to (develop it), long before I even thought about doing this. You can't discount that."

 "I honestly do think she'll win this whole thing," Perkins declared.

Of all the contenders, it is unquestionable that 'The Voice' USA Christina Grimmie has the greatest social network following. Merlin and Perkins have less than 50,000 followers on Twitter whereas Grimmie's followers are over 500,000.

Perkins likewise joked that 'The Voice' USA Christina Grimmie might be the reason behind the Twitter malfunction during the episode: "What if she blew up the entire (Twitter) system because of re-tweeting? Christina's) re-tweets were 33,000 and mine were, like, at 12! She probably blew it up!"

Perkins' prediction might or might not come true as 'The Voice' airs its finals this Monday and Tuesday at 8 p.m. on NBC.
