Carrie Underwood Pregnant News 2014: Carrie Underwood may be pregnant and the tabloids are speculating it is to fix Mike Fisher marriage problems.

In what is being described as country music marriage counseling, rumors are flying that Carrie Underwood is planning a baby in hopes it can save her marriage to Mike Fisher. Marriage problems have been reported for months.

OK! Magazine reported that Underwood may already be expecting. The rumors that were going around were that the marriage problems began with Carrie and her hockey player husband's pregnancy plans. Fisher plays for the Nashville Predators.

Carrie has not yet to confirm the rumor, but insiders are spilling to every tabloid that will listen that Underwood could be using the rumored baby to save the marriage. One source told ShowBizSpy.com that Fisher, 33, gave Underwood ultimatum in 2013. The source said if the singer refused to get pregnant by the end of the year was "ready to throw in the towel on their relationship." Underwood and Fisher have been married for three years.

A source told OK! Magazine "They've been locked in a baby battle, and it was putting a serious strain on their marriage. Carrie made a pact with Mike last year that if he let her pursue her acting dreams, she'd get pregnant by 2014."

Underwood has been coy about a possible baby bump. Another source told OK! "She gives vague answers, like, 'you'll just have to wait and see.''"

ShowBizSpy.com quoted an insider saying "She realizes a baby is the only thing that can save their marriage."

The insider told ShowBizSpy.com, "Mike blew a casket. He told Carrie that she needed to choose between her career and her marriage. Mike has never held her feet to the fire like that before."

Last month Life & Style reported that Underwood was getting ready to expand her family this year. A source told the magazine "Mike and Carrie hopes to get pregnant in 2013, but they decided to put it off," said an insider, who confirmed that Underwood's starring role in NBC's live telecast of "The Sound of Music" took precedent.

In January, Star Magazine reported that Underwood and Fisher were fighting over baby plans. The quoted a source saying that, after promising to get pregnant after her "Sound of Music" television performance last December, "Carrie is reneging on her baby promise." The insider added "She and Mike are barely speaking."
